Sent my mum's medications to Dublin and the man at the post office declared my item on the system as a penny to Customs.He took no form of accountability for his actions and as a result, my mum will miss taking her medications because Dublin Customs decided to return the item back to sender rather than revaluing.

Could not of been more helpful. He was on his own and asked me to wait until he had served the other customers. Which I was happy to do. He then helped with my passport renewal. Got it all sorted and sent away for me ..Great service.
