Called to enquire if Cycle King Wickford stocked a certain bolt for an old commuter bike needing repair. Very helpful member of staff went away, located in their spare parts box and gave away free of charge. Thank you, wouldn't hesitate to shop for any bike needs.

The customer service and stock at this shop is excellent. I phoned ahead to enquire about 2 mountain bikes being fixed and Jamie the store manager was so helpful.
