Wow what a difference new management have made. Now they have excellent customer service, any any queries are dealt with efficiently.Yes there are queues, but all the other pharmacies in Waltham Abbey have them.The shop is currently being refurbished so will look very nice.

Always get what I need in stock and staff always helpful. Queues are always a bit long but best chemist in Waltham abbey by far
