Rude arrogant old man!!!Literally just went into pick up a parcel and he threw it across his counter!!! If it's damaged I will be making a complaint your customer service is worse than non existent

Horrible horrible old man not sure if he’s the manager but has RUBBISH customer service and is extremely RUDE. If you’re not happy in the job you’re in then leave and don’t take it out on customers.
