Nice food, a large portion of fish and chips, however one star less because batter on fish was not crispy and taste bit bland ,not like anywhere in chip shop. Otherwise, it's all perfect. ,, Pet friendly" ❤️? was my main reason for choosing this place

Me and two friends had a wonderful meal here after visiting Mountfitchet castle ,the fod was lovely and locally sourced, the staff were friendly and great to talk to ,i highly recommend this pub if your ever in Stansted Mountfitchet.
