Rob (operations manager) went above and beyond to help me sort out a problem with FedEx at Stansted, who apparently don't deliver goods with a value in excess of £2500 within the UK. I was told it was a new operating procedure ! Rob very patiently helped to support me and once the package was finally cleared delivered...
