Nice modern hotel with everything a traveler could want. We were on a delayed flight and couldn't make it into London central (missed the last train). Booked in here and had great service. Thanks ?

Everything was. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak in the room I stayed in, and the coffee was not great.In the rest, everything was very good, and the breakfast varied.It is definitely worth crossing its threshold because my small complaints may be overlooked or solved by the employees following this review.

Staff and hotel are good. ?Corporate policy ? to charge guests for a shuttle is disappointing and frankly, absurd.Welcome from the staff was good, they handled my unhappiness about the shuttle charge in a warm, friendly and professional manner.Hotel itself is clean, well appointed and fine for an airport stopover.Disappointed... read full comment
