Hardly any staff about and whenever you do find one to ask a question they look at you as an inconvenience! I had a nice response from a member of staff today, but I think that was the first time in about 5 years. Most of them seem to have no interest in customer service whatsoever. I was in my local Smiths branch yesterday which, as usual, only had minimal staff working, 2 teenagers. I actually heard them complaining about a customer who didn't want to use the self service tills and had asked one of them to serve him.
