I’m up B&Q at leased 3 times a week and every time I’ve there the staff know me which makes it easier for them to access my Trade account of 5% off and 10% off if you spend over £1000 but the reason why I go there is that you can get what you need and go to the job site quicker.

Delivery Issues with TradePoint:Ordered through TradePoint online some furniture board, to be delivered from the Southend branch. Having not showed up on the expected delivery date, the Southend branch called that evening to rearrange for the next day. The next day however it did not show up and again, it was rearranged...
