ATM never work correctly when bank closed so unable to pay money it my account very poor service

AWFUL bank. Been waiting almost a year to sort out my Dad’s account, didn’t realise because of this bank things are harder to do. Do Santander think my Dads money will go to them? Crazy branch and awful bank. Avoid.

Don’t know why all the bad reviews. They’re a bank branch, not the bank itself. They’re open at the times they say and the staff are helpful and polite.
