The slowest bank ive ever set foot in. I barely use my halifax and today has reminded me to close all accounts with them. 4 women walking around the floor and one behind the till who chats and chats and chats like there aint 8 ppl waiting in line. 26 minutes to deposit £100 without a card. We went to see Alfi, she was really helpful and friendly. It was one to one and she can't be anymore helpful.
