I have been doing my MOT for years there as it is just around the corner from me, but I will now move to a different garage. I have been told that there was a slight coolant leak, and I was quoted 290 pounds to have the coolant flange renewed and 220 pounds separately to have the thermostat housing renewed. total rip off.... read full comment

Very professional staff who are excellent in terms of giving updates and all round communication. I would like to specially mention Julia and Ashley and Southend Autocentre. I also got a comprehensive car health report after the service.

Wouldn't use again. Took my wife car for a service and MOT. Staff seemed friendly but are out to get you… not only did they miss a problem that should flagged as an advisory the Mot! (needing anti roll bar links fitted) they also listed multiple urgent faults that didn't require doing at all…
