What hear today on a Saturday the service was a joke NO AC I walk out in the I never known something so slow in my life could work much quicker then them staff I end up at Coffee Nero whated few minutes and much quicker service

Staff was so slow. And there was 5 guys in front of me in a group but they asked how long for there coffee. Staff said 15 to 20 minutes!! They wanted a refunded and ended up leaving without.
