I had an emergency today with my car key fob, my mate recommended this shop & they are life savers.The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the quality is great and the prices are brilliant,I will definitely use this company for any future purchases & I can highly recommend them.A 5 star service

Went to Bright's in Southend to book the locksmith to gain entry to our flat in Southend as my daughter was locked out, and to change the locks both front door and patio due to keys being lost, and also to replace the key to my car which had broken. Left me stranded avoid !!!!! after . they said Thay were on the way 2 hours later got a call for them saying that got a Council job nice one not coming !! I was in the rain 3 hours so I called someone else half the price a lot better service worst service I’ve ever come across
