I collect parcels from here regularly most of the staff are friendly and helpful and buy items from here but the woman who got my parcel today was rude and dumped my parcel on the counter and walked off customer service do they even know what it means

I forgot to add a 20% off code before paying, it wasn't a problem thanks to Robbie and Tracey who simply applied the code when I picked.it up and refunded the difference. Brilliant service.
