I can honestly say i have never had a problem at this pharmacy, ive never had a prescription go missing, the staff have when they needed to gone out of their way to help when the doctors made a mistake and i needed my prescription quickly.I have however on numerous occasions witnessed the staff being spoken to by customers...

Used it to post a dpd parcel. Absolutely unimpressed. No labels. Would not take the parcel as it was over 10 kg. Pathetic.
