I’m very unhappy!!! They are so unprofessional team!! The guys from the delivery they don't even knock and leave. I paid for special delivery are my package is coming after 5 days! Royal Mail are completely incompetent and are the worst delivery service!!!!!

Absolutely atrocious, Royal Mail are completely incompetent and are the worst delivery service! The sorting office is open at ridiculous times when everyone is working and the post people lie about where the parcel has been left, they don’t even leave the ‘something for you’ card anymore! Worst service I've ever known and I've lived in South Ockendon 63 yesrs. Waited 12 days for my new bank card. But because it took so long my bank cancelled and re,-sent one. which took another 10 days and left me without any food or Electric for the whole weekend. It finally arrived MondayI'm so angry. This is just wrong
