Sells mostly higher end outdoor and country clothing and gear, such as Barbour jackets, Meindl boots, Patagonia gear, Le Chameau wellies, etc....Has a good selection and the staff were very helpful. If the items here are within your budget, I would recommend buying from an independent store such as Jacks.

Dreadful service. I first went to the branch in Dunmow as I'd seen some boots in their window I wanted. They didn't have my size as they come in 3 widths. The next day I went to Saffron Walden and they didn't have them either but said they'd order them in and it would take 2 - 3 weeks. I assumed I'd at least get a call... read full comment
