My wife and I ordered two bottles of relatively expensive red wine as a birthday gift. She expected it to come in a presentation box (as the advertised offering picture implied). However when the products arrived they were in a "presentation" box which was damaged in transit and covered in the usual delivery labels (non-peelable).... read full comment

An excellent store with excellent produce but has lost a star from me since it's gone completely self-check out, causing long queues whilst people struggle with scanning and packing on their own.
M&S Foodhalls offer something for every occasion, whether its healthy cooking ideas, delicious meals from around the world or convenient food on-the-go. The café also provides an opportunity to take a well-deserved break serving coffee and cakes in a safe environment. Wifi and Toilets are also available.
