Visited to pay in old £1 coins but helpful staff resolved problems that my own, digital, branch had failed to do for months. Well worth the trip from Southend to Rayleigh.

Friendly, helpful staff - we appreciate the opportunity to have this local branch that are not a ‘cashless’ branch unlike other main ones who do not allow paying in of cash!!
