Returned an item the other day and the lady was very rude to me and asked why I was returning and I replied it didn’t fit. She began to be surprised that a top didn’t fit.Sorry about that

Good selection of cd’s DVD’s and blu ray and vinyl, but sad that they got rid of the music room

I was passively accused of stealing by a member of staff and when I showed I hadn’t stole anything. She acted like she had never accused me. Made me feel very unwelcome in the store. where’s my apology mrs charity shop lady ?
