Areas of what we were left with flagged with building regs and had to sort at additional expense. Company still in action although liquidised so please be wary

Had recent building work however terrible communication throughout and a list of issues. Damage caused to property was never repaired, spare house key was never returned. Windows and doors we paid for could not be supplied and no refund. Company has now gone insolvent so we are down thousands and still need to source windows/doors.

Be careful of this builder a friend of mine was having work done to the point of taking out doors and not replacing to find out this company has gone into receivership bankrupt and starting again as Dedham Vale Builders, so watch out.
