Horrible shopping experience and very limited range of books. Staff completely lacking in knowledge and seemed unwilling or unable to order a book at my request. I also do not appreciate being given unwanted vouchers or offered half price water.

Very rude staff, and totally useless. I asked if they had loose pages for a Filofax, and the girl didn't know what it was.Won't be going back there.
