More a call centre handler but for an order placed to be collected from Maldon, ended up hurting my leg so called to see if it could be changed from collect to delivered, didn't get his name but he could not have been more helpful along with being a genuinely friendly person. Well done Screwfix, it's why I keep using you!

ive just been down to maldon screwfix, where chloe served me.....i had a brocken drill to be fixed...she couldnt of been more helpfull to me.... she tried to source a casinng for it and in the end got nathan on the case ......he was so good aswell...sortedeverything out for me .a really big thankyou to the team at maldon... read full comment
