Human relations are zero, there is no logic, both the old woman and the bald man are repulsive and rude, they often leave work without solving the problems.(And despite all the bad comments, everything is the same)

Used to be ok. Just bone idle now. Have cost me £1000s in so called “Delivered items” even when cctv sent to RM proves they were never at the premises. Horrifically poor. How can Amazon find and deliver letters/parcels and RM can’t. Have watched workers throw items over a fence rather than walk up stairs but no feedback... read full comment
