I will no longer be returning to this shop after being a repeat customer for a few years now! Today I witnessed a member of staff Gayle be disgustingly rude to a clearly disabled lady who had done nothing more than ask for help politely! Utterly disgusting!

Bought a helium balloon for an anniversary today. After leaving it in the car for 30mins came back and found that it had deflated. Took it back to the shop and the lady started accusing that I must have bashed it or that the temperature caused it to deflate.
