I placed an order over a month ago and nothing arrived. I chased and was told one item was unavailable. I requested a partial refund and to deliver the other items. I called again and emailed again and promised it would happen, still received nothing. Now my emails are just getting ignored.

Purchased a new Trek for my son, fantastic service from start to finish.
