Incredibly popular. Never been here before and when a friend suggested we meet here, I expected a quiet undiscovered country pub/hotel. Was surprised to see it was heaving and once inside easy to see why it's so popular. Great service and atmosphere.

As the only pub in the forest its a bit disappointing that they are not dog friendly.
