I visited the halifax branch in loughton, could not wished for better service, l spoke to stadia Khalil, so helpful then the manager phoned to ask if l was satisfied , l said it was excellent service, not like stratford branch bad service, 3 appointment made by them and they cancelled all 3 of them l have never heard from... read full comment

Poor service from an older lady staff member. Very rude, confrontational and unprofessional. No reprimand received or apology given. Would have given 1 star but that wouldn't be fair on the other staff. I bank in Chingford instead even though I live closer to the Loughton branch.What happened to customer service?

Im Not satisfied at all, I went to this branch this morning for a transaction but members of the staff are extremely rude and not helpfull at all 0 customer service, I felt very bad inside this Loughton branch.
