Worst experience ever, come across an Asian Manager have a worst attitude, he didn't even listen to my problem just saying "no go online, do it online, contact customer service, that's not his problem. He doesn't even know policies and customers right, he put me off from Argos, probably I won't shop in Argos ever again.

I'd like to thank the lovely man who was on the Argos desk on Wednesday 3rd November. He was so helpful with something I had been looking for but not been able to order & then helped me to the car with another item I'd ordered which was too heavy for me. Thank you so much.
