Coffee machine doesn't fill to the top, it is never correct so I buy a mocha ans get a black coffee, the staff are Abusive and threatening. Won't be going back there again

Walked into co op for a nice drink,,always use this shoo..approx £1.50 is for a hot drink.Without a notice on the drinks machine, the cashier said £2 pls..Questionable, why the increase so ..I stated, other places 1.30 ..tesco meal deal 3.00.
