Having arrived at 18.40 and waited 5 minutes to be seated, we gave up waiting and sat down in the restaurant area where over 50% of the tables were empty. A woman in a grey hoodie asked if we had been seated by anyone or if we were staying at the Premier Inn. I replied “no” to both and was told to leave as all tables... read full comment
