I had an emergency prescription put through to boots in harwich.111 arranged this for me . I called boots to collect and the very rude man who answered said that he was not going to give it to me as I don't usually use boots for my prescription and last time I had an emergency he didn't get the money back (nhs prescription)... read full comment
