Food took almost 45 minutes. Service wasn’t much help… clearly asked for no tomatoes in 2 of the burgers we ordered, confirmed with the waitress and everything and still got them in the burgers! I went to the Harlow Wimpy with a friend and 4 children. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. It appeared to be newly refurbished with nice decor and clean.The service however was poor. Only half the order came out and had to wait 45 minutes for the rest of the food. The waitress didn't realise until we mentioned it. They...

I went in with high expectations having last eaten at a Wimpy ages ago.Sadly, I found the food to be way below par and worse, overpriced. I found the staff to be quite pleasant though. The restaurant is clean and welcoming too.
