Store is very well laid out and products were priced well. Only reason for 4 star is I wanted to speak to member of staff and there was no one around and the toilets are closed not good if you have to spend any time in there

Wickes has lots of products and staff are friendly and helpful Most shelves are full but could do with opening more tills they only had one till open with lots of people waiting to pay last time we went there

Firstly I drove from Bishops Storford to Harlow branch to purchase and item they stated they had in stock, only to wait around for 30 minutes to be told they don’t have it in stock and to try another branch with no sorry.I then PAID via click and collect for the item in Stevenage which took a further 40 minutes to drive... read full comment
