Very poor service and very disappointed!My sofa arrived with a tear in the fabric, still waiting 8 weeks after delivery for this to be repaired. Only to find out a few days later my footstool is damaged also, repair was carried out but, wood completely split. Feel like the poor quality product and could happen again.Offered...

We went to buy new settees and Kim looked after us very well and explained all our options and we decided on our choice,Kim had only been there 2 weeks but you wouldnt of know that by the way she looked after us.
