Very bad experience from start .Website booked MOT & service for 08:30 while on drop poff staff advised that we are booked for 11:00We pay for premium motoring monthly and is included free wiper check while they fail the vehicle at MOT for wipers -WHIPERS ARE FINE- as I drive the vehicle on a daily basis and was all ok... read full comment

My brakes had just started making a high pitched noise, it was late in the day and I was travelling to Scotland the following day. Took my car in here and they looked at it straight away, put reassured me that, although the pads would need changing, I was OK to drive to Scotland. I wasn't charged.
