Major Hygiene issues!!
There is a constant que of people waiting to be served so they are clearly making an absolute bomb. My advice would be to try using some of the profit on more staff and give the place a clean.

I bought a small pizza and coffee but it was too cold. When I asked them to reheat it up, they didn’t respond. Service is getting too bad these days.
