We've been to Costa in Next in Harlow a few times now and without exception the staff are always cheerful, helpful and friendly. Popped in for a drink and something to eat. The drinks board is automatic and takes a while for you to actually read the drinks that you are after. Had a toastie which the lady took and was reading the drinks board which we had waited a while to read. The lady with the blonde hair became stroppy as she had to wait while... read full comment

Grabbed quick coffee and left . Staff efficient but cleanliness really below par Surprised as Next is a popular shop with good footfall during the week also so all a bit of a let down.
