Had made two separate appointments online for my daughter to get her ears pierced, both appointments only one person was in the shop so they couldn’t do it. Had an appointment for ear piercing but the store was shut as there was a party. When I caught the attention of a member of staff and explained we had an appointment she was really rude and told us they were shut and to go away. Not even an apology.
