Ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.

I was able to try and buy the food in chicken hut harlow but i feel disappointed to the staff the cashier chubby guy i think he's arab/indian he is very rude the way he talk and not welcoming or greeting, in this kind of business it should be good customer service but it doesn't
