I visited the post office counter today in the Halstead branch & was served by a very grumpy & rude member of staff, whose manner was totally inappropriate & obnoxious. There was no remorse for their behaviour, even when I asked to speak with the manager. Who was very apologetic on behalf of her colleague. However, I came... read full comment
