Very bad... every morning only 1 person working too slow... need waiting around 25 min to get one cappuccino is terrible

I visit Costa nearly everyday and I have to say that the staff are very friendly and helpful. I think they do a great job sometimes it is very busy but you have to understand that's the way it is. I've heard people moan but the coffee machine and all the other gadgets they have can only go as fast as they can. So people... read full comment
