Utterly useless , 6 weeks and two visits later , they’ve lost sensitive information I submitted twice and have failed completely to communicate !The attitude in branch is completely hit and miss , some are relatively knowledgable ( but ineffective) and others completely uninterested . Was helped by a young lady who helped me pay into an account when I opened an account online the same day, so I had no card yet or any information about the card details. You just need your personal details like, name, date of birth and address, so easy!
