Foods always great at Prezzo but the service is hit and miss, this was a poor day with what seemed like everyone after an argument with any customer that would entertain the idea

Absolutely shocking service. Seated for 45 minutes- not even offered a drink. Floor staff would walk straight past us- more concerned about taking payments than customer service. I understand a busy evening, but the restaurant had plenty of empty tables. Would’ve expected far better if I’m honest.
