Anthony the manager, needs training in customer service, needs to understand that it is rude to not even stand up from his seat when serving, should know what advice to give when a customer has an issue and when challenged on his attitude to stop trying the argue like a child.\\n\\nDon't worry I have emailed your complaints... read full comment

Poor customer service experience. The Store Assistant seemed more concerned with texting on her phone inbetween dealing with my problem - very, very unprofessional!
