Chicken was undercooked and chewy. This rating is purely based on this visit. Very busy place and always serve food in no time. Fries and drinks are already packed and ready to go which makes the fries damp and drinks flat!

Hmmmm went in with my blue light app\\nOn my phone and got told that I can't use it as I don't have the original card. I logged in and out and showed I'd (did not expect to need to bring work I'd!) The manager Jo was as helpful as a chocolate teapot and refused to honour the app, stating that there had been a security breach... read full comment

Standard kfc.. Takes along time to get your food from the order point... Think they need a better system in order to deal with peak times
