Not the best first impression after joining Halifax online and needing to pay money into an account without a card because I signed up online the previous day.Had to wait 30-45 minutes after lining up in queue of customers in front prolonging our wait time because they fancy a chat, and there are only 2 in person tills... read full comment

I came to this branch before 2pm and was told that they cannot deal with my issue today, as I need to book an appointment. I asked to book an appointment but was told it is two weeks waiting list. So they never helped me to book any appointments. Instead, they advised me to come in the morning just before the opening... read full comment
