Quick service, helpful and friendly baristas. Literally the nicest three staff serving I have ever met at a Costa. Friendly, helpful, suggested options beyond what is normally on the menu and looked so happy to be doing their jobs. Thank you for making me and my daughter smile!

Not only did they have two serving with waiting time of 20 mins, the lady finally came to serve, missed me and served the lady behind. She then was passed off because they lady told her it was my order first. I was given the coffee said thanks and got shouted at as it was the law I had a lid. The staff would not except costa own point for a coffee , telling me the system is down but all the tills are working. They could see the points on my phone but still refuse to take them
