Friendly welcomeing staff and helpful.Lots of choice of drink and food.coffee lovely and really hot.would definitely recommend

The upholstery by the door is disgraceful. It is stained with holes in the material, the floor is dirty around the edges with bits of crumbs not swept up. The staff have no personality and never give you a friendly welcome. The coffee is however ususally acceptable.

Excellent coffees served in a spotlessly clean setting by friendly and attentive staff. What more could you want? A properly serviced loo perhaps? Yep, they delivered this too. This is how all Costa's should be. Well done Frinton!
